motor that operates on AC or DC 115 volt current. CAST IRON GEAR FRAME
White Mountain Freezers feature the unique Triple Motion Action with
3-gear drives. This process properly mixes the entire contents for the
smoothest ice cream! TUB-Freezer tubs are made of select New England
pine with galvanized hoops. The tubs are fitted with cadmium plate fixtures.
CAN-Tall profile can allows cream to come closer in contact with ice
and salt to give faster freezing. THE CANS ARE MANUFACTURED OF STAINLESS
STEEL THAT IS GUARANTEED FOR 5 YEARS!. DASHER & BLADES-Made
of heavy duty cast iron and dipped in pure tin. It will not warp out
of shape. The imported Norwegian Beech wood Blades are self adjusting
to ensure thorough scraping inside.
